Specialties
All creative endeavors and troubling human experiences, whether of anxiety or depression, anguish or fear, grief or difficulty grieving, relationships with others or with oneself, compulsive or addictive behaviors, creative blocks or feeling stuck, identity questions, self sabotage or not reaching one's full potential, mental disability or physical/medical/somatic issues are within the reach of psychoanalysis and psychotherapy.
Populations
Dr. Londa works with adolescents, young adults, adults and older adults (65+) of all genders, orientations, races, nationalities, cultures, religions and political affiliations. She also has experience with neurodivergent and brain injured people. Sessions are conducted in English. She works with individuals and couples.
Insurance
Dr. Londa's practice is private pay. She does not accept insurance other than Vermont Medicaid and Medicare. However, she provides a superbill which can be submitted to insurance companies (for policies that have out-of-network benefits) for reimbursement.
Hours / Frequency
Sessions are 45 minutes. Because the psychoanalytic approach is more intensive and relational, most patients choose to work with Dr. Londa more than once a week.

In order to create the most direct and personal communication, Dr. Londa requests that initial contacts be made by phone. Once patients are established, emails and texts are limited to scheduling matters.
